Newlyweds challenge

Challenge philosophy

This challenge offers young couples, particularly newlyweds, an opportunity to strengthen their marriage while developing deep empathy for refugee families. Through physical challenges and mutual support, couples can embody the Islamic principles of companionship, protection, and mercy between spouses.

Islamic foundations

The Prophet Muhammad ο·Ί said: “The best among you is the one who is best to his family.” This challenge allows husbands to fulfill their role as protectors and supporters, while couples demonstrate the Quranic principle: “And among His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves, that you may find comfort in them” (30:21).
