Overview
This unique challenge provides an opportunity for Muslim sisters to experience a blend of physical endurance, spiritual growth, and communal support, following a journey that evokes empathy with refugees. By participating, you agree to engage with each phase of the challenge in the spirit of resilience, unity, and reflection.

Consent for participation
By signing below, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:
1. Physical participation
- I acknowledge that this challenge involves a series of physically demanding activities, including extended walking, carrying a rucksack, and completing an assault course.
- I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in these activities.
- I agree to take personal responsibility for monitoring my health throughout the challenge and will inform organisers immediately if I feel unwell or need assistance.
2. Fasting and spiritual intentions
- I understand that this challenge is structured to align with spiritual practices, including fasting, sahoor (pre-dawn meal), and prayer.
- I confirm my intention to participate in these practices as part of the challenge, contributing to the sense of shared experience, resilience, and growth.
3. Dress code and modesty
- I agree to wear full Muslim dress (abaya and hijab) throughout the challenge, symbolising unity, faith, and commitment to the shared purpose of the journey.
- I understand that this dress code aligns with the values of the challenge and contributes to the collective experience.
4. Walking and reflective journey
- I understand that the challenge includes walking to and from various locations, such as the initial departure to London Victoria Station and the journey to the assault course at Henfold Lakes.
- I acknowledge that these walks are designed as moments for reflection, patience, and mutual support, simulating the journeys made by refugees.
5. Liability and assumption of risk
- I understand that while every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, certain risks are inherent in this challenge.
- I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation and agree to hold the organisers harmless from any liabilities, claims, or damages that may arise.
6. Media consent (optional)
