Arrival and preparation

Upon reaching Henfold Lakes, sisters arrive at the professionally managed Camelot Events assault course. This represents the culmination of their physical journey and the beginning of the most demanding trial.

Course characteristics

The Camelot course offers:

  • Professional supervision with trained instructors (female instructors available on request)
  • Varied obstacles including mud crawls, climbing walls, balance challenges, and water features
  • Safe but challenging environment designed to push personal limits
  • Beautiful natural setting enhancing the outdoor experience

Unique considerations for student groups

  • Rucksack management: Carrying university belongings throughout obstacles
  • Energy conservation: Managing exertion whilst fasting
