Madrasah pickup coordination
Each group begins their day with collection from their local mosque:
- Dress requirements: Participants arrive in abaya, hijab, trainers, and packed rucksack
- Group formation: Final headcount and safety briefing at pickup point
- Equipment check: Ensuring all participants have appropriate change of clothes
- Leader introduction: Final meeting between group leader and participants
Transport to Holmwood Common
- Minibus journey: Professional transport to Inholms car park starting point
- Group bonding: Leader facilitates team building during journey
- Challenge briefing: Overview of day’s activities and safety considerations
- Mental preparation: Building excitement whilst addressing any anxieties
