Climbing barriers

Crawling through mud

  • Simulation: Moving through difficult terrain under threat
  • Reality: Avoiding detection, navigating war zones, travelling at night
  • Reflection: Physical exhaustion, vulnerability, and determination to continue

Duration and intensity
